We recreate the geological miracle of the earth's crust in our factory. Through a proprietary 1.25km production line, raw minerals undergo a metamorphosis from molten magma to an indestructible, jade-like surface.
Molten Calendering
At 1600°C, inorganic minerals melt into liquid magma. Our high-precision calender molds the flow into a perfectly flat sheet with equal thickness, eliminating all air pores.
Controlled Crystallization
During the cooling process, we strictly control the temperature curve to allow nano-crystals to grow naturally, creating the unique "jade-like" translucency and inner texture.
Rigid Polishing
The raw slab undergoes rigid milling and multi-stage water polishing. This reveals the material's true brilliance, achieving a 95° glossiness that rivals natural gemstones.
